As a Branch Claims Supervisor you will supervise and direct the adjustment and administration of claims in auto physical damage. You will also be responsible for conducting case and performance reviews for 5-6 direct reports, and participate directly in the adjustment of complex or unusual claims. This position requires a 4-year college degree, a minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a property casualty insurance claims environment, experience, exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, exceptional interpersonal, analytical and decision making skills and experience working in a paperless environment.
