Advertising Sponsorship Information & Options
Organization Specific Publications and Web Sites:

Monthly Newsletter Magazines: Each of our four (4) editions is designed, printed, and mailed by first-class postage monthly to the membership rosters of the respective organizations, as well as to insurance claims adjusters and other industry professionals in their respective local areas, to reach on average about 400 individual people each month (over 1,500 total monthly circulation). Publication circulation standards suggest, therefore, that nearly 1,000 people will read each monthly issue circulated (nearly 4,000 total).

Design production, management, printing and distribution of each newsletter magazine is provided as a free service to each of the respective organizations, paid for entirely by industry advertising sponsorship support.

Affiliated Web Sites: A domain specific web site is hosted and maintained for each association at no cost to the respective organizations, also paid for entirely by industry sponsorship support. Updates are done monthly, in accordance with newsletter production schedules. Deadlines are typically on or around the 15th of each month.

Advertising/Sponsorship Options:
Choose the organization(s) with whom you wish to participate, in the area(s) that best fits your needs. You may select Multi-Media Visibility across the network or target your sponsorship directly with the organization(s) you support.

Printed Publication Advertising - You may choose Display Ads and/or Directory Listings within any of the printed newsletter publications for targeted coverage, providing flexibility in your monthly spaced repetition.
Web Site specific Sponsorship - ANN, Inc. is pleased to present custom animated Banner Ads in three size options to suit your budget and your needs. Web Link Listings offer company domain links to your site AND email links to your contact reps. Banner Ads provide immediate and strong brand name recognition with a link to your site.

Rates are based on a monthly per ad basis, placed on one-time (open) rates.
Contract ad run accounts are based on a 12 consecutive month placement (e.g.: April '08 thru Mar. '09), and receive a "12x" discount rate, averaging approximately 35% off the retail, or open (1x), rates.

Create a custom multi-media network package for greater discounts.

Advertising copy and placement must coincide with published deadline schedules (generally on or around the 15th of each month). Initial ad copy may be designed and typeset at no extra cost (special artwork design additional). Subsequent ad copy changes/new copy billed at $65/hour.

All ads placed must be paid for in advance of publication or posting on the web in accordance with agreed upon terms.
Ad contracts are binding, and may not be cancelled prior to completion without expressed written consent of ANN, Inc. Any cancellation accepted prior to the full term of a contract agreement will be subject to cancellation fees equal to the difference in the published one-time (1x) open rate and the discounted twelve-time (12x) rate given.

Ad run may be continued after completion of full term of contract at the then current rates, consistent with agreed upon billing cycles. HPS agrees to provide 30 day written notice of rate increases (after initial contract expires). Advertising subscriber will, in turn, provide 30 day written notice of intent to cancel (after initial contract expires).

Job Connection Classified Ads:
Place classified ads for "Job Positions Available" / "Desired", "Business for Sale", or any other career related type advertisement in our "Job Connection" sections. We offer the online Job Connection, as well as your association specific print version from which to choose. See more at the A.N.N. Job Connection. Rates are very reasonable, and ads may be placed on a month to month basis.
